Ethiolab Holds 2018 E.C. Annual Performance Review and Planning Meeting

Planning for the next quarter is important. Planning for the next three years is transformational.

On July 22, 2026, the Ethiolab Equipment Supply PLC team gathered at Inter Luxury Hotel for our 2018 E.C. Annual Performance Review and Planning Meeting.

The meeting provided an opportunity to reflect on our 2018 E.C. performance, evaluate key achievements and lessons learned, review departmental progress, and align on our strategic priorities and budget for the coming year.

One of the highlights of the meeting was the presentation of Ethiolab Equipment Supply PLC’s Three-Year Strategic Plan, a roadmap that will guide our growth, strengthen our capabilities, and enhance the value we deliver to our customers and partners.

The meeting was opened by our CEO, Derese Tadesse, whose inspiring remarks reminded us that sustainable success is built on vision, collaboration, and the courage to think beyond today’s challenges.

Building on that foundation, our COO, Fitsum Hailu, presented the Three-Year Strategic Plan, outlining our long-term priorities, aligning every department around common objectives, and reinforcing our commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.

A well-defined strategy enables us to make informed decisions, invest in the right opportunities, and continue supporting Ethiopia’s scientific, research, industrial, healthcare, and educational sectors with reliable laboratory solutions.
